CHALLENGE: Referral needed from potential new client.

BACKGROUND: Potential GatewayCDI client searching for a new promotional products supplier. GatewayCDI submits an RFP. This company wants feedback from one of our existing clients.

1. How successful is GatewayCDI on meeting your needs?
    Spot-on! Gateway has been our vendor-of-choice for 4 years. I have
    interviewed several other companies and no one can top GatewayCDI.
    Their creative and informed staff will work with you to fulfill exactly what
    you need.
2. How would you rate the quality of GatewayCDI products and services?
    Top-of-the-class. On a scale of 1-10, they are clearly a 10. Great
    products, stellar customer service.
3. How successful is GatewayCDI on managing rush orders and/or special
    orders?
    Again, top of the class. We do quite a bit of one-shot rush orders and
    what GatewayCDI has done to fulfill the orders is just short of "miracle" in
    some cases!
4. What do you think GatewayCDI should change? What are their
    weaknesses?
    From the receptionist to the warehouse and all departments in between,
    GatewayCDI has a magnificent team. Weakness? Hard to identify a
    "weakness" when I don't see one.
5. What are GatewayCDI's strengths?
    Customer Service, product selection, reporting, and program assistance.
6. Can you please provide me with any additional information that you feel is
